You need to start clocking your employees hours for a host of reasons. It could be lateness, payroll data, overtime or more. But how do you use a clocking in system? Is there training involved with Citadel? Will it take a long time?

In short Yes and No

Yes, training is involved with every Citadel account. We listen to what you need your system to do and train you to use it so you can get the most out of our features from day one.

Training is free with all Citadel accounts and is carried out by our dedicated UK support team.

You don’t need any IT skills to be trained on Citadel, as the system is easy to use and our team run you through your options in a one-on-one digital session.

Does it take long

No. Citadel set-up is efficiently completed thanks to the set-up wizard, and our training sessions usually last an hour or less. As soon as you sign up to a Citadel account, you’ll get access to the system and will be able to see how easy it is to navigate and use.

We also record our training session and send it to you via email, so you have access to view the training over and over again.
