Deliveries

Delivery is to the UK only.

Our shipping is a UPS tracked and signed for service. Orders placed before 12:00PM are generally delivered next day.

If you are an organisation outside the UK and want to purchase Citadel clocking in terminals please contact us for a delivery quote.

Warranty returns

Citadel clocking in terminals come with a lifetime warranty provided that:

  • The time clock is not damaged due to abuse, vandalism, misuse or negligence on your part or on the part of third parties, power surges or power failures.
  • You have maintained a subscription to Citadel since purchasing the time clock.
  • We have received payment of the Citadel subscription for the month that the claim for a warranty replacement was made.

Contact our helpdesk to establish whether it’s likely that the clocking in terminal has failed in service and to exclude other likely causes of your not being able to access Citadel using the terminal.

If  a terminal is considered to have failed in service having eliminated other potential causes, you’ll be given a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions to enable you to return the terminal to us. The package should be sent carriage paid to the address shown below.

We’ll test any terminal returned under the terms of the warranty and will repair or replace free of charge any terminal found to be defective. We’ll ship the repaired or replacement terminal to you carriage paid.

Non-warranty returns and exchanges

All non-warranty returns/exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase and all products must be returned in an unused condition.

Attention: Citadel Returns Department

  • We recommend that you select a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return/exchange is complete.
  • Refunds/exchanges will take approximately 3-4 weeks. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
  • Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your following statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
  • If possible, use the original shipping package for returns and exchanges.
  • In the event of an Exchange and non-return of the replaced terminal within 7 days, you agree to pay the purchase price of the supplied terminal within 7 days.
