Citadel by Chronologic offers an exact and reliable way for your employees to clock, meaning you can track their hours, automate payroll data and much more.

However, a clocking in system needs to be more than a place for your workers to log-in. As an admin, you need to be able to report on attendance, flag missing clocks, and much more. This is where the Citadel clocking in dashboard saves the day.

A one-stop overview of your company

From the Citadel dashboard, you can instantly view who is in or out in real-time, clock breaks, transfer departments and more.

On the right hand, you can see any missed clocking’s – something for you to flag. Thanks to the missed clocking section, you can tell who has not turned up for their shift (and instantly see any potential health and safety risks) as well as anyone who has not clocked out – which could potentially disrupt payroll data accuracy.

To update missed clocks, simply click on the missed clock, and enter the correct time. Simple.

View your timecard

You can also quickly view your working hours via the dashboard to ensure you’re clocking in and out correctly.

Another handy tip is to use the section on the dashboard as a quick click through to view your employee’s hours and timesheets. Just click ‘view timesheet’ then click up and down on the employee name to view their hours.
