To make sure that the Citadel system is affordable for all, we offer, simple attendance system pricing, per employee per month.
Just over 8p per employee* per day (ex VAT)
You only pay for employees live on the Citadel system - you don’t pay for archived employees.
*An employee is anyone who uses the system, whether to clock, as an admin or supervisor.
Pricing example: if you have 25 employees, you only pay just over £2 (ex VAT) per day (plus the initial purchase cost of terminals). Smartphone and web clocking are free, you just pay monthly for the employees on the Citadel system.
NB: Payment is monthly by debit or credit card.

There is no contract or minimum tie-in period to use Citadel. You can stop and start as your projects stop and start and can manage this seamlessly through your Citadel online account.
Best of all, you only pay for employees live on the Citadel system - you don't pay for archived employees - perfect for businesses with seasonal or freelance workers.
*If you require more than two clocking terminals for your workplace, a terminal connection of £10 per terminal per month will be charged.
